Terms of Service

The service

This is my Wedding provides each couple with a private wedding space inside the wedding app, unlocked by a unique code, together with a web dashboard to manage its content. Access is granted for the period covering your wedding.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you publish to your wedding app — text, photos and gift links — and must only upload images you have the right to share. You grant us the right to store and display that content to your guests within the app.

Acceptable use

The guest code is for sharing with your invited guests. Do not publish unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We may suspend a wedding space that breaches these terms.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. This is my Wedding is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app or website.
